and LINES OF INQUIRY

Our Systems Change Initiatives tackle complex, multi-factorial societal challenges. These initiatives are big and ambitious, taking a holistic approach and requiring deep collaboration across sectors to generate long-term, sustainable change. Each Systems Change Initiative corresponds to a Line of Inquiry - that is, a question about our "big picture", which guides all our efforts. Each Line of Inquiry represents an area of investigation where we are actively learning, researching, and exploring new ideas. Through the inquiry process, we develop a deeper understanding of what collective wellbeing really is, and what we have to do to achieve it.

What does community empowerment truly mean, and how do we create empowerment ecosystems within communities that experience disadvantage? How can we use education and capacity building as a tool to empower individuals to take leadership of the transformation of their own communities?

How do we create educational experiences that build confidence and academic mastery, while also inspiring a sense of curiosity and wonder? How can we ensure that every individual discovers their unique gifts and realises their full potential?

What is holistic well-being? How do we nurture physical, psychological and spiritual well-being in individuals and communities?
